Last night’s events included a sold out Deschutes pairing dinner at Etta’s, down near the market. The food was fantastic, the beer was paired perfectly, and everyone left happy and full. We had a chance to try the new batch of Jubelale, and I have to say they hit a home run this year. I thought last year’s was a bit rough around the edges, but what we tried yesterday was a perfect winter session brew that offers complex flavors and smooth finish.
