Pssst. Hey, you. Call 206-782-0094 and make a reservation for the upcoming Ray’s Cafe Brewmasters Dinner on October 13, ASAP. Chef Peter Birk does an amazing job of putting together these dinners, and spaces always fill up quickly. If you’re lucky, maybe you can get in on this one. The food is always great, and Chef Birk manages to get some very interesting breweries to attend. This time around, there are several breweries that we don’t see around Seattle very often (if ever), and one brewery that I’ve never even heard of (Fathom & League Hop Yard Brewing in Sequim). The other breweries are Emerald City Beer, Airways Brewing, Yakima Craft Brewing, and Whitstran Brewing. The dinner is $45, plus tax and gratuity. To say it’s a great value for what you get is an understatement.
BREWMASTERS DINNER IN RAY’S CAFE
Wednesday, October 13, 2010
Beer lovers rejoice! If you crave outstanding microbrews paired with amazing food, then this semiannual dinner is for you. Executive Chef Peter Birk hand-selects each beer (a tough job indeed but someone has to do it) and creates a 5-course dinner to perfectly complement the richness and depth of each carefully crafted brew. The lineup this time around includes Fathom & League Hop Yard Brewing (Sequim), Emerald City Brewing (Seattle), Airways Brewing (Kent), Yakima Craft Brewing (Yakima), and Whitstran Brewing (Prosser). With the brewmasters on hand to discuss their trade, this is a deliciously educational event not to be missed. $45.00 per guest, tax and gratuity not included. Menu coming soon.
Call the Café for reservations this very minute (not kidding!) because this dinner sells out fast: (206) 782-0094
