It seems like beer events can drop off a bit during the summer season, but there is plenty going on the rest of this week. See below if you are looking for an excuse to drink good beer.
Boulevard Brewing Tasting at Full Throttle Bottles – Wed 6/27
Boulevard has some fantastic specialty beers, and they will be tasting four of them down at Full Throttle Bottles this evening. Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale, Saison Brett, The Sixth Glass Quad, and Love Child #2 will all be pouring. The tasting is from 5pm to 7pm and costs $3, or $2 if you bring your own non-disposable glass.
Odin Brewing Tasting at Beer Junction – Thu 6/28
Try out 5 beers from Seattle’s own Odin Brewing. $4 Tasting Fee. 5PM-7:45PM. Stick around and try one of the other sixteen beers they have on draft as well.
Stone Brewing Night at Urban Family Public House – Thu 6/28
Ballard’s Urban Family Public House will be pouring 16 beers from San Diego’s Stone Brewing starting at 4pm, including some special releases you might not have seen anywhere else. Kendall has the full lineup posted over at WA Beer Blog.
Imperial IPA Invitational at The Noble Fir – Fri 6/29
Does 16 imperial IPAs on tap at once sound right up your alley? Yeah, me too. They’ll have special beers like Black Raven Wisdom Seeker, Two Beers Walking Bear, Laurelwood Green Mammoth, and much more. Check out my post from Monday for the full lineup.
Crawfish Boil at The Burgundian with Fremont Brewing – Fri 6/29
Since the ex-chef from the now closed Alligator Soul in Everett took over the helm at The Burgundian, the food has been getting some great reviews. We stopped in for brunch this past weekend and it was pretty fantastic. My friend @UrbanBeerHiker has been telling us about these crawfish boils and how awesome they are, and this Friday sounds like it will be their last one for a while. Plates of boiled crawfish with corn, potatoes, and good beer from Fremont? Sounds okay to me.
