Fort George Brewery is making some of the best beers in the NW, and The Burgundian is one of my favorite Seattle beer bars, which in part is influenced by the tasty food Chef Ryan has been serving up. This Thursday they’ll be joining together for a beer dinner pairing some very special beers from Fort George with a tempting menu heavy on fresh, local seafood and veggies from Chef Ryan. This is a different take on a beer dinner compared to the meat-heavy menus you often see (not that I hate those…). See the menu posted below.
