Holiday Brewers Dinner – Wednesday, December 23
If you haven’t yet experienced one of our beer dinners, now is your chance! This holiday-inspired rendition will feature a whopping six courses with beer pairings, each one carefully imagined and executed by our chef, Joshua Beckham.
Champagne-poached oysters, pickled cherry
paired with: Cherry Berliner Weisse
Cauliflower veloute, romanesco, toasted walnuts
paired with: Bravehorse Ale
Venison tartare, marrow aioli, dijon mustard, parsley, lemon zest
paired with: Gateway Golden
Foie gras “tater-tot,” curry ketchup
paired with: Evergreen IPA
Savory bread pudding, duck, thyme
paired with: Hoppy Holidays
Confit pork belly, beluga lentils, pickled onions, spiced butternut puree
paired with: Barrel-Aged Sour
Foie gras brioche french toast, candied bacon, salted caramel sauce
paired with: Barrel-Aged Imperial Porter

Barrel-Aged Bash – Saturday, December 26
Like your beers big, bold and bourbon-y? Then you should probably clear your schedule for a barrel-aged tap takeover on December 26th. What’s pouring? Hoppy the Woodsman ’14 and ’15, Barrel-Aged Imperial Porter ’14 and ’15, Whiskey Dick Imperial Pumpkin Ale and Boxcar Hopper. These are small batch beers and rarely are they on tap at the same time. Pick your favorite and dive in, or try a flight of all six!
