You’ll be able to try a test batch of the flagship Universale Pale Ale from Fremont Brewing at this weekend’s Washington Beer Festival. They are still dialing in their brewing system and are hoping to brew their first production batch today. I’ll look forward to stopping by the brewery to fill a growler one of these days…
