Snoqualmie Falls Brewing Company 12th Anniversary Party!
Sunday, December 20

In honor of the dozen years since the first batch of Snoqualmie Falls Beer was brewed, the taproom will be celebrating on Sunday, Dec 20th. Back in 1997, Pat Anderson & David McKibben brewed Falls Ale. Rande Reed, who left Pyramid Brewing that same month, came on board in January. He brewed his first batch with David on Jan 12, 1998. This year’s festivities start at 2pm with the tapping of Serendipity 2009, a slightly different take on our 10th anniversary imperial IPA. Happy hour starts at 2pm, with beer & food specials until closing. We’ll have live music by Azul (blue jazz) from 3-6pm. The taproom will be open until 10pm, so come down and help us celebrate!

Wed 12/16 – Rock Bottom Bellevue is tapping their new Double IPA at 6pm. Between 6pm and 7pm it’s always $1 pints…and it’s happy hour food during that time too…crazy.

Wed 12/16 – the 74th St Alehouse is going to tap a CASK of Georgetown Superchop at 5pm.

Thurs 12/17 – Black Raven is going to release their barrel aged Possum Clause…their Brown Porter with Pecans. It’s been sitting in a barrel since the summer, and it will be on tap until the few kegs are gone. The non-barrel version was their special Friday night beer at the big Fathers Day festival this past summer…it was AWESOME! It will probably be on tap when they open at 3pm.

Fri 12/18 – Bottleworks is tapping one of the few kegs in WA of Bear Republic’s Racer X. Don’t get any of it, so there’s more left for me. 🙂

Wed 12/16 – In addition to Black Raven’s cask, Malt & Vine always has a Wed cask as well. Last I hears, this week’s CASK is Naked City’s Big Lebrewski imperial stout.
