Looking for something to do this evening? The 5th Annual Water 1st – Beer 2nd Fundraiser, which raises funds to support Water 1st International’s water, sanitation and hygiene education projects in poor countries, will take place starting at 7pm tonight at the Lake Union Park Armory. Last year’s event was attended by over 600 people, and Seattle breweries generously donated beer, helping to raise over $45,000. Brewery sponsors include Pike, Hale’s, Georgetown, Mack & Jack’s, and Two Beers, and Sawtooth winery is a sponsor as well. Tickets are $35 per person, which includes all food and beverages.

Join us for the 5th Annual Water 1st – Beer 2nd Fun(d)raiser on Friday, March 5, 2010, at 7:00 pm, at the Lake Union Park Armory in Seattle. Serving water 1st, beer (or root beer) 2nd! Enjoy food, beverages, and tasty beers from some of Seattle’s premier breweries, plus a Hawaii vacation raffle.
