Help celebrate sustainability and the 40th Anniversary of Earth Day with an out-of-this-world Earth Dinner at The Pike Pub on Thursday, April 22, 2010. From appetizer to apres, The Earth Dinner will be wild or sourced locally and will support Chefs Collaborative.

20% of Pike revenues on Earth Day will be donated to Chefs Collaborative and generously matched by Organic Valley to help raise awareness of our challenged food supply.

Representatives of Chefs Collaborative, Full Circle Farm, Zip Cars, Revision Labs, Green Drinks and the Pike Place Market Foundation will be available to let you know how you as an individual can lead a more sustainable lifestyle. For anyone who signs up as a member, or makes a donation to these local sustainability organizations, Pike will reward you with a $5.00 gift card for use at The Pike Pub.
