Chef Peter Birk does an amazing job of putting together these dinners, and spaces always fill up quickly. If you’re lucky, maybe you can get in on this one. The food is always great, and Chef Birk manages to get some very interesting breweries to attend. This time around, there are several breweries that we don’t see around Seattle very often (if ever), and one brewery that I’ve never even heard of (Fathom & League Hop Yard Brewing in Sequim). The other breweries are Emerald City Beer, Airways Brewing, Yakima Craft Brewing, and Whitstran Brewing. The dinner is $45, plus tax and gratuity. To say it’s a great value for what you get is an understatement.
