The charcuterie plate at Higgins.

For anyone that may happen to be in Portland this Wednesday night, Higgins Restaurant is hosting Pike Brewing for a beer dinner that looks like it should not be missed. Higgins is one of the top restaurants in the Northwest when it comes to pairing beer with good food, and Pike is known for making beers that pair fantastically with a wide variety of dishes. The dinner will take place this Wednesday, February 16, at 7:30pm. For reservations, call Higgins Restaurant at 503-222-9070. The cost is $5o per person.
