It seems like there are a lot of breweries with big anniversaries this year, and Elysian Brewing is no exception. Congrats to the entire team at Elysian for bringing Seattle 15 years of great beer and food at their Capitol Hill brewpub! The big celebration will be during the Throwback Birthday Party at the Capitol Hill pub on Tuesday, May 10 starting at 3pm and lasting till God knows when. But, several months ago customers voted on their favorite Elysian specialty beers from over the years, and Elysian will pour more than fifteen of these beers, as well as Sextacula, their 15th Anniversary Ale, at all three Elysian pubs throughout the entire week.
