It sounds like it might turn out to be a beautiful day for a beer fest tomorrow…

From the Washington Beer Commission:

The first Bremerton Summer BrewFest is coming to Pacific Avenue in downtown Bremerton (between Burwell St. and 6th St.) this Saturday, July 23, from noon – 9pm. The event will feature an outstanding brewery list with 23 different Washington breweries pouring more than 60 uniquely crafted Washington beers. The event is open to ages 21 and over and will feature live music from three outstanding local bands including, New Old Stock, Lutes and Liars and Tumbledown. Popcorn Chef will be on hand to serve up some great flavors of popcorn and attendees are encouraged to visit the multitude of great restaurants and cafes in the downtown area (a walking map will be included in the event program).

The event is just blocks from the Bremerton ferry terminal for those coming across the water from Seattle.

2011 Bremerton Summer BrewFest

Event Entry and Will Call  on Pacific Avenue near 6th St.

Admission Advance tickets are $15 and available through 6pm, Friday, July 22 at                                                      Brown Paper Tickets. Tickets will be $20 at the door on event day.

Advanced tickets can also be purchased at Silver City Restaurant/Brewery in Silverdale or Pike Brewing in Seattle while supplies last.

Military discount tickets are $15 at the door for those with Military ID.

Admission includes a tasting glass and five tokens good for a 5.5oz taste each.

Additional tokens may be purchased for $1.50 each or four tokens for $5. 

Designated Drivers- admission is $5 and available at the gate only. This includes complimentary water, soda, and the entertainment.

Cash or check only for day of event admission.

Beers         The Festival is a celebration of the fantastic beer brewed here in Washington, with an emphasis on Olympic Peninsula and South Sound breweries. There will be refreshing summer seasonal beers, the always popular hoppy brews and some limited quantity special beers as well.
