Oktoberfest Beer Dinner at Brave Horse Tavern

Brave Horse Tavern has put together another enticing beer dinner menu for a special Oktoberfest feast. On September 20, chef Brian Walcyck and Tom Douglas’ Corporate Sous Chef/Beer Czar, Warren Peterson, will be serving up four courses paired with beer, including the debut of Saison of the Witch, a beer Elysian Brewery made exclusively for the restaurant using pumpkins from Tom Douglas’ own farm in Prosser, WA. The dinner kicks off at 6pm on Tuesday, September 20, and the cost is $50. Tickets can be purchased at this link.

Bratwurst and Pretzel Knodel

housemade bratwurst stuffed pretzel dumpling, mustard spiked apple sauce, sauerkraut

with Firestone walker brewery “oaktoberfest”

third course

Smoky “kassler” style pork tenderloin

applewood smoked pork loin ham, molases glaze, smoked cherries, spaetzle, and kale

with Bayern brewery Oktoberfest
