If you are a fan of the world-class lagers coming from Bellingham’s Chuckanut Brewery, chances are you will be excited to see more of their taps at local bars around town in the future. They are adding six new fermentation tanks this month, which will help to expand their current brewing capacity by 50%. Cheers to that.

From Chuckanut:

CHUCKANUT BREWERY RECEIVES NEW TANKS

Chuckanut Brewery will receive 5 new fermentation tanks starting June 6! Four of the tanks will be unloaded on June 6 with an additional 5th tank to arrive a week later. The tanks are shipped lying down and will be off-loaded until ready to be installed in the brewery. The new tanks will be stored on its property until installation the week of June 20th. This will be the third installation of fermentation tanks and will give Chuckanut Brewery the capacity to brew 50% more beer then is currently available from the brewery. Chuckanut has been working at capacity for the past year and is very excited to offer more customers their award winning beer.
