This Sunday the organizers behind the Mobile Food Rodeo will host the Winter Feast and Beer Festival in Fremont. They will be breaking out some great winter beers from 8 local PNW breweries to go along with 15 food trucks and holiday shopping at the Fremont Sunday Market. The beer tasting will take place upstairs at the Red Door Ale House and feature gems such as Deschutes The Abyss and Maritime Jolly Roger. The event will take place between 10am and 4pm.

The full beer lineup includes Deschutes The Abyss, Maritime Jolly Roger, Fremont Abominable, Black Raven Ravenous on Nitro, Elysian Bi’ Frost, Bridgeport Ebenezer, Snoqualmie Avalanche and something from Old School House Brewing in Winthrop.

Participating food trucks include Snout & Co., Street Donuts, Jerk Station, Crisp Creperie, Jemil’s Big Easy, Grilled Cheese Experience, BUNS, Curry Now, Veraci, Xplosive, Raney Bros, Bistro Box, Tandoozy, Chicarepa, Street Treats, Los Agaves, and newcomer, Falafel Salam.

Sounds like a pretty solid way to spend your Sunday afternoon.

This inaugural event marks a new trend for the Mobile Food Rodeo. Starting next year they will be featuring only locally brewed beer at their events. Founder and Organizer, Ryan Reiter says “The Rodeo success is expanding its Northwest showcase to celebrate the revival of micro-breweries right in our own backyard to compliment the amazing street food in Seattle you can find daily”.
