Throughout the year, Elysian Brewing has been releasing a new beer each month in their 12 Beers of the Apocalypse series. This Thursday, just before some say the Mayans predicted the world will end on Friday, December 21, Elysian will host an End of the World party at Elysian Fields. They will be releasing the last beer in the series, DOOM Golden Treacle Pale, which will be available on draft and in bottles.

The final party will feature all 12 releases from the Beers of the Apocalypse series (see below), and a very limited number of mixed 12 Beers of the Apocalypse cases will be available for purchase to take home.

6PM – Official tapping of DOOM Golden Treacle Pale
7:30PM – Bryan’s Final Survival Episode
8:30PM – Toast the Apocalypse!

Here are the releases in the 12 Beers of the Apocalypse series:
#1 – Nibiru Yerba Mate Tripel
#2 – Rapture Heather Ale
#3 – Fallout Green Cardamom Pale

Is there any way to still purchase these beers

  • Nick

Yes I have them all not opened u intrested?

The end sure is new. Elysian sold out to one of the large corporate conglomerates. Just like Redhook and Goose Island, I’m sure the quality will gradually be cheapened to increase profits.

I for one will never again touch Elysian. I’m pretty appalled.
