Chuckanut Brewing makes some of the best lagers in the country, let alone the state. They’ll be visiting Seattle for a Brewers Dinner at Little Water Cantina this Thursday, March 21 at 6:30pm. Owners Will and Mari Kemper from Chuckanut will both be on hand for the dinner.

Seating is very limited, but it sounds like they still have spots left as of today. Tickets are just $35. Email them at tacos@littlewatercantina.com or call at 206-397-4940 to make reservations.

Here is the full menu:

Kolsch – Albacore Tuna Ceviche (Bright, citrusy heat)
Vienna Lager – Mussels in Red Chile Broth (Nutty, darker red heat mixed with seafood stock)
Dunkel – Tamarind Pork Belly (we just did this and it was a big hit. I think the pork and bittersweet sauce will go well with the malty Dunkel)
Stout – Chocolate Tres Leches (I’m going to make the tres leches using Mexican chocolate mixed into the milks, then add a bit of stout)

While I’ve enjoyed drinks on the awesome patio at Little Water Cantina, I’ve still never eaten there. This sounds like a great menu, though.
