Washington Brewers have one week left to register their entries for the first annual Washington Beer Awards.  This is a Washington Beer Commission endorsed craft beer competition designed specifically to support Washington’s professional brewers.  This Washington-only competition is intended to provide an opportunity for all of Washington’s craft brewers to compete in a blind judging format.

Brewers can register their entries online for this Washington-only Professional Brewers Competition using our registration tool available at www.wabeerawards.com through Friday, March 15^th.  Entry confirmation will occur after that with bottles being due by May 1^st at specified drop locations.

The competition will be held in May using certified and experienced beer judges.  Award winners will be announced at the Washington Brewers Festival in June.  There will be special awards for “Breweries of the Year” (breweries winning multiple awards) and even a Washington agricultural product inspired beer award.
