The Sixgill to Host Brewers Dinner With The Bruery on July 22

July 8th, 2013 · No Comments · Uncategorized

The Bruery is one of the more consistently adventurous breweries in the country. They surely aren’t your typical Pale Ale/IPA/Porter, etc… type of brewery. Their year-round collection of beers includes a farmhouse ale, oak-aged red ale and a Berliner Weisse. Their seasonal and special releases are a mix of barrel-aged sours, strong ales and Belgian styles.

The Sixgill is excited to host The Bruery on Monday, July 22 for a 5-course brewers dinner featuring 6 of their beers. The full menu follows below, but this looks to be a dinner and pairing to get excited about.
