Brouwer’s Cafe puts on some amazing special events and festivals, and one of my favorites of the year is always Bigwood. This celebration of wood-aged beer includes stouts, sours, strong ales and more. The event will start when their doors open at 11am tomorrow and will run through the weekend. While some high-demand beers will disappear pretty quickly, there will be plenty of fun stuff left if you can’t stop by until later in the weekend. If you are going on Thursday, expect it to be busy no matter what time you are going.
