Belgianfest Approaches – Get Tickets Now

American Stupid Sexy Flanders has been a favorite of mine at Belgianfest. Thanks to +Russ for the image.

Belgianfest is a chance for Washington breweries to experiment a bit and show off their skills with Belgian-style beers. That general heading might include saisons, wood-aged sour beers, dubbels, tripels, strong ales, and more. This festival is quite unique, as some of these breweries don’t typically make Belgian-style beers for their regular lineup. It’s a great opportunity to try some beers you might not see anywhere else.

Belgianfest will take place Saturday, February 1 at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center on the Seattle waterfront. This will be the event’s 3rd consecutive year at this location, and I couldn’t be happier with that. It’s the perfect sized room and an easy location to get to on public transportation. The beer list isn’t available yet, but the list of the 42 Washington breweries signed up to participate can be found on the event website. Tickets are on sale now, and you should get them while you can. It will sell out.
