Paradise Creek Sacred Cow Espresso Milk Stout
Alcohol by Volume: 5.0%
Look for this beer and more at Full Throttle Bottles in Georgetown.

Intro:
This one comes from Paradise Creek Brewery, located in Pullman, WA. I think that this is the first bottle I’ve purchased of theirs, but I have had several of their beers on tap at local festivals in the past and thought that they were pretty solid. I look forward to visiting one of these days.

Description:
Chocolate, espresso and light roast dominate the aroma. A good dose of coffee mixes with more chocolate in the flavor, along with just a light sweetness. A slight bit of dark fruit comes through, and it finishes with a bit of an ashy, tobacco quality. A bit thin, but quite sessionable and pleasant. Could use a bit more sweetness and body, but I could drink this instead of a cup of coffee any morning. If you are a fan of coffee stouts and porters, this is definitely worth a try.

Verdict: 3 out of 5 Booyas
