Beveridge Place Pub Inaugurates Georgetown Lucille as 2015 House IPA on January 8

From BPP’s Facebook page – Lucille Inauguration Party tap lineup from 2013.

Each year Beveridge Place Pub in West Seattle lets customers decide what the house IPA is going to be for the following year. So, in October customers had the chance to vote for their favorites, and the winner was announced at the annual IPA Cask-O-Rama in early November. Georgetown Lucille took the title back from Schooner Exact 3-Grid, which was the 2013 house IPA.

Beveridge Place Pub is one of my favorite bars in Seattle, and a permanent handle of Lucille is certainly a good option to fall back on when you can’t decide what to get from the rest of their taps.

They will be celebrating with an Inauguration Party at the pub on January 8 starting at 7pm, and they’ll be pouring a few other fun Georgetown Beers, including Lisa’s Chocolate Stout, Camp George Dunkellweizen (a collab with Base Camp Brewing from PDX), Tombourbon (bourbon barrel-aged Belgian brown ale) and the always popular Manny’s.
