Seattle residents love good beer, and they love books. The Seattle Public Library is on board with that combination, and starting today the inaugural “Booktoberfest” will celebrate books and beer at venues across the city and last through the month of October.
The fun includes “Librarians’ Revenge” trivia rounds and “Ales from the Crypt” scary story readings at pubs located all over the city. There will also be a book and cider pairing event at Capitol Cider, and several events at various library branches. See the full list of events below or on the Seattle Public Library website.
Cheers to our awesome library for bringing together two of our favorite things!
