When the doors open at 11am on Thursday (Dec 3) at Brouwer’s Cafe, the 9th annual Big Wood Festival will officially be under way. This celebration of barrel-aged beers is one of the best events of the year. The updated list of 56 wood-aged beers that are set to pour is below. There are typically some last minute additions and subtractions to the list, so don’t treat it as gospel.
If you don’t feel like fighting the crowds today, I wouldn’t blame you. Stop by Friday or sometime this weekend to see what is left. With so many outstanding beers on tap, there is guaranteed to be plenty worth drinking throughout the weekend.
