The Masonry Hosts Firestone Walker for Beer Dinner Tomorrow Night

November 14th, 2016 · No Comments · Beer & Food

The Masonry is one of the best beer bars/restaurants in the city, and the kitchen crew really gets a chance to shine when they host paired beer dinners. Tomorrow night is the perfect opportunity to see for yourself when they’ll be hosting a 5-course beer dinner with the esteemed Firestone Walker Brewing. This is the 3rd beer dinner they’ve done with Firestone Walker; I had the pleasure of being at one of the previous dinners and I can vouch for its awesomeness.

$100 gets you five paired courses, including tax and tip. There will also be a welcome beer (Pivo Pils!) and according to Masonry, “We’ll also be cracking some special bottles from the cellar.” If you take into account the 9.6% tax rate and assume a 20% tip (because service at The Masonry is good and you aren’t an asshole), that really comes down to around $76 for 5-courses of awesome food and 6+ pours of really good beer.

Firestone Walker is one of my favorite breweries, and the beers at this event should shine with the pairings. The full menu follows. Tickets are available on Eventbrite.
