You can add a new business to the ranks of Seattle breweries. Epic Ales just opened recently, and they have a shiny new well-built website for you to learn all about them. I have not yet been in contact with the brewery, but it looks like Cody Morris is the owner/brewer/mastermind behind Epic Ales. The brewery is located in the K.R. Trigger Building down on 1st Avenue, and they are open to the public on Fridays from 3:30 to 8pm.

They have four beers listed on their website so far: Solar Trans-Amplifier, OTTO-Optimizer, Terra-saurus, and Simple Ale. They all sound interesting, and I can’t wait to try them. It looks like their beers will be available in bottles.
