Cheers to the crew at Naked City Brewing for launching their new venture up on Camano Island! They are ready to open the doors to the public this upcoming Saturday, April 22.

Press Release:

Camano Island, WA – The Grand Opening celebration for Naked City Camano Island kicks off at 11am, on April 22, and continues through the weekend. All ages are welcome at the cozy family-friendly brewpub, which features house-brewed ales, local wines, ciders, and craft sodas alongside gourmet comfort food and great Northwest art.

Head Brewer Don Webb will tap the first in a new Easy Island Brew Series to be released over the coming months and years. Easy Island Blonde Ale is a crisp, refreshing summer brew perfect for sipping in the Camano Island sun. Speaking of sun, the patio at Naked City Camano Island is scheduled to open in a few weeks—just in time for the 19th Annual Camano Island Studio Tour on Mother’s Day Weekend.

Grand Opening weekend will feature highlights from the inaugural summer menu that Executive Chef Tessa Roberts crafted for the pub, including the Naked burger and beet burger, short rib and fried green tomato sandwiches, and a brewer’s salad alongside many other treats. The kitchen sources ingredients from Camano Island’s own Del Fox Meats alongside other quality, local suppliers.  Island Harvest Farms is currently growing the kitchen’s first harvest of Camano Island vegetables.

A playful island-themed mural from Ryan Henry Ward lights up the outside entrance to the pub. Inside, a pair of exhibits from Camano Island artist Christopher Tuohy grace the walls—a permanent installation of brewery photography, and a rotating gallery show of nature photos. Also on display are a set of iconic film-noir themed movie posters designed by Tasha Reidman for Naked City’s classic beers.

Naked City Brewing Company’s flagship brewpub in north Seattle was recently named the Best Brewpub in Washington State by Ratebeer.com.
